Chairpersons Nomination

The Bharatiya Temple and Bharatiya Cultural Center have various committees that are run by Chairpersons for a term of two years. The chairpersons report to the Board of Directors of BTI/BCC and are an extension of the organization to carry out various duties as listed in their charters. The current term for the chairpersons ends on Dec-31st, 2018 and we are requesting nominations from all the members.
- A nomination can be submitted by any individual who is a Life member, Patrons or Trustees of BTI/BCC
- All existing chairpersons are eligible to re-nominate themselves
- Deadline to receive nomination is Dec-31st, 2018
- In the event that more then one nomination is received for any particular committee then an election will be held
- Election ballot will be sent out to the Life members, Patrons and Trustees for voting
- Deadline to receive completed election ballot will be set for Jan-15th, 2019
- BOD will confirm the chairpersons by Jan-31st, 2019
- New term for Chairpersons will start Feb-1st, 2019
- New Chairpersons will serve a term of two years
